I hired Barrett Brush Removal for brush and tree removal work. I paid ${review_details.amount_paid_upfront} upfront as requested. Work started, then stopped. It started again while the family was away, briefly, then stopped again. Since then, I've been trying to get the work completed, with little more than excuses for 18+ days with no success. The property is left in worse condition than when we started, with unfinished work and abandoned materials.

After some calls back and forth, and some additional stories for delays, the crew was back. Unfortunately, it was while I was on vacation. The crew was good enough to send video evidence of their progress.

I never saw work restart after vacation. The crew left mid-job with debris piled, and heavy boulders displaced. No explanation was given. Work has been abandoned for 4+ days.

Radio Silence Begins

18+ Days and Counting

I've called, texted, and emailed multiple times. No response. No refund. No explanation. A sub-contractor of BBR called and promised they'd come on Friday. Then Monday. Then they also stopped returning my calls. Complete radio silence for 18+ days. Work remains incomplete and the property is damaged. I'm still waiting.
